Tuesday, December 2, 2025, is Giving Tuesday, a Global Day of Generosity, and we invite each member of AALHE to make a difference in our professional community.  Let’s come together to support AALHE’s mission to advocate for, inform, and lead ethical and equity-minded assessment practices in higher education. The Association serves as a central assessment resource that empowers our members to cultivate and improve student learning and institutional quality. We do this by facilitating scholarship and professional development, generating knowledge and resources, and providing networking and idea-sharing opportunities.

Get Involved as a Volunteer

The AALHE volunteer community is an active group of assessment professionals around the nation who come together to share their knowledge and make valuable professional connections, learn new skills, and help AALHE continually improve. Our Committees are always working to recruit volunteers. Committees seeking volunteers include: Communications, Conference, Finance, Infrastructure, President's Committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Professional Development, Publications, and Recruitment and Retention.
