About the Conference

The AALHE Annual Assessment Conference is an exceptional forum for assessment practitioners in higher education. Small session sizes with diverse topic offerings and multiple opportunities to interact with others in the assessment community and leading thinkers in the field make this one of the best resources for those doing assessment in higher education.

Conference attendees choose from sessions that showcase new research and innovation in assessment practices, participate in interactive skill development workshops, discuss promising practices during dialogue and panel sessions, and engage with leading thinkers in assessment throughout the conference.

The AALHE Assessment Conference is designed to:

  • Provide professional development opportunities for the advanced assessment practitioner and newcomers to the field;
  • Connect assessment professionals with colleagues across the field; and,
  • Lead and advocate for promising practices in assessment.

Educators and assessment practitioners of all levels and institution types are encouraged to attend the AALHE Conference.
